Any idea what are the ECN forex brokers’ required minimum for openning any individual account?

It seems not many around where I live to start off with

Are you asking about opening a forex account or are you trying to become an ECN broker? Can’t help you with the latter.

As for the other, everything is done online now. Hardly anyone walks into a brick and mortar building to open an account. Just register online, wire the money, download a trading platform, and you’re ready to trade.

The internet has standardized everything, made an even playing field, and spreads are compatible across the board.

I get better fills with forex futures, and since futures are regulated, I did away with a lot of the BS in the forex spot market. I do trade both, but had to move around until I found a forex broker that would trade a market order in fast markets, for example.

I like the free NinjaTrader platform with the free Zenfire data feed for futures, and the free Gain feed for forex spot data, but they have to be on separate computers.
