Forex account foresign And tax?

Ok is long but interesant question.
I have friend he. Is from Pakistan and he lives in japan he is married with a Japanese girl.
He open an account in japan with the paper of japan I guess.
He have to pay 50% for the government that sucks!!!!!!
Anyway I would like. Find the way he don’t have to pay that Money any ideas????
I was thinking go back to Pakistan and open and account from Pakistan with the ID from pakistani and not pay taxes what you think ???
Or still have to pay taxes with any broker in the world like if I open an an account of USA I have to pay taxes in USA ????
Until if you don’t have social security from USA ????
